Program Overview
Kannect is inviting a limited number of organizations to participate in a three, six, and twelve month case study program. The purpose of this program is to demonstrate how branded community apps and centralized engagement platforms impact participation, fundraising, and communications. Participants will receive full access to Kannect’s enterprise community engagement platform and a branded iOS and Android mobile app at special case study pricing of $10,000 for the first year.
Eligibility and Selection
- Open to qualified organizations such as chambers of commerce, nonprofits, schools, universities, associations, sports clubs, museums, and other mission-driven groups.
- Applications are reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Selection is at Kannect’s sole discretion, based on fit for the case study.
Case Study Participation
- Actively use the platform during the three-month case study period.
- Allow Kannect to feature anonymized engagement results, insights, and outcomes in marketing materials, reports, or industry spotlights.
- Approve the use of your organization’s name and logo in case study materials (with prior notice).
Pricing and Payment
- Special case study pricing is $10,000 for the first year of access.
- Payment is due upon acceptance into the program.
- At the end of the first year, organizations may choose to renew at Kannect’s standard enterprise pricing.
Deliverables from Kannect
- A fully branded iOS and Android app, live in app stores within 30 days.
- Access to the complete enterprise engagement platform.
- White-glove onboarding and training.
- Dedicated customer success support throughout the program.
Data and Privacy
- Kannect will not share personal member data.
- Only anonymized or aggregate results will be published in case studies.
- All data is handled in accordance with Kannect’s Privacy Policy.
Termination or Opt-Out
- Participants may withdraw from the program at any time; however, refunds will not be issued once onboarding has begun.
- Kannect reserves the right to remove participants who do not meet the commitments outlined in these terms.
