Participant acknowledges and agrees that the features and functionality made available to Participant through the Kannect Early Adopter Program (the “Program”) are (i) subject to change or discontinuance; (ii) provided “as is” without any warranty, support, maintenance, or other obligation of any kind; and (iii) not part of the Subscription Service or Online Service, as applicable, for purposes of the agreement with us governing Participant’s use of the Kannect platform (the "Agreement"). Any use of a feature or functionality through the Program is at Participant's sole risk and responsibility. We may terminate Participant's participation in the Program at any time and for any reason. Participant further acknowledges and agrees that the features and functionality made available to Participant through the Program constitute Kannect Platform "Confidential Information", as that term is defined under the Agreement, and should be treated in accordance with the applicable terms therein. Participant and, if applicable, the Admin (as that term is defined in the Agreement) further acknowledges and agrees that Kanexon may contact Participant with Program-related information and announcements during the time which Participant is participating in the Program.  Participant may end their participation in the Program at any time and for any reason and, if Participant elects to exercise such right, Kanexon will no longer contact Participant about the Program. In the case of a Admin enrolling multiple licensed users in the Program, said Admin acknowledges and agrees that they are responsible for informing such users of their right to withdraw from the Program.

Requirements to join the program

Here are some of the requirements to qualify for our Early Adopter program.

Association, Chambers of Commerce, Clubs, HOAs, Schools, Churches and other Social organizations can apply.
Apply using your official email (provided by the organization)
Do not use an ISP or public email domain (@gmail.com, @hotmail.com, etc.)
Be willing to try out early access features and provide us feedback via form!
Please note: Currently, our platform is supported in English and is not translated into other languages. EAP is not currently available to government or heathcare or any other regulated organizations.
