Kannect isn’t for kids under 13. If we find out a child used our platform without permission, we’ll delete the data right away.

You may also delete your account directly through the Kannect mobile app by going to Profile > Manage Kannect Account > Delete Account. Once confirmed, your account will be archived and then permanently deleted after 30 days.
Please note: Uninstalling the mobile app does not automatically delete your data. To have your data removed, you must submit a deletion request through the app or by email.
If you delete the Kannect app from your phone, your account and personal data are not automatically deleted.
