What’s the difference between Kannect plans and white-label plans?

Kannect plans offer a powerful engagement platform inside the Kannect ecosystem. White-label plans include your own branded website, iOS/Android apps, custom domain, and dedicated support. Most organizations start with a Kannect plan and upgrade later.

What’s included in the free nonprofit plan?

Verified 501(c)(3) organizations get access to Kannect’s core communication tools including events, groups, messaging, onboarding, CRM, task management, push notifications, and mobile app access for up to 1,000 People.

Do paid plans include a free trial and do I need a credit card?

Yes. All paid Kannect plans include a 14-day free trial, and no credit card is required to start. A payment method is only needed if you choose to activate your community or continue after the trial ends. Verified nonprofits receive free access and do not use the trial.

Will our data be secure?

Yes. Kannect uses secure infrastructure, role-based permissions, and modern encryption practices to protect your data and community information. Only the people you authorize can access your dashboard.

Are payments and donations included?

Yes. Every plan includes Stripe-powered payments so you can collect event fees, program payments, memberships, and donations. Transaction fees vary by plan.

Do I need a credit card to sign up?

Nonprofits complete a one-time $1 activation. All other organizations can start a free trial without adding a card until they’re ready to continue.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Your people, content, and community data stay intact when you switch.

What type of support is included?

All plans include email support. Higher tiers unlock priority response times, onboarding assistance, and phone support for larger teams.

How long does setup take?
