Yes. Every plan includes a 14-day free trial so you can explore Kannect with your real community before you commit.
Is a credit card required to start?
Yes. A card starts your trial, and it is how Kannect stays verified and spam-free by stopping bots and fake organizations. You can cancel anytime during the trial and will not be charged.
Can I pay monthly or yearly?
Both. You can pay month to month, or pay yearly and save 20%. There is no long-term contract either way, and you can change at any time.
What does the people limit include, and is there an admin limit?
The people limit covers everyone in your community — members, attendees, staff, students, supporters. Admins are counted separately and have their own limit per plan: 3 (Minimum), 5 (Launch), 10 (Growth), 40 (Scale).
