What's the difference between the tiers?

Launch includes the branded community website, CRM, events, donations, and email. Growth adds your own native iOS & Android apps, push notifications, direct + group messaging, mobile check-in, and engagement automations. Scale adds advanced memberships, advanced analytics, API access, and custom integrations. Enterprise adds multi-community architecture, SSO, and dedicated success.

How long does it take to launch?

Most organizations launch within 7–14 days. Onboarding configures your website, mobile apps, member hubs, and communication tools so you can start engaging your community quickly.

Can we use our own domain and branding?

Yes. Fully white-label across the website, mobile apps, and the entire member experience. Your colors, your logo, your domain.

How do processing fees work?

Payments process through Stripe. Kannect charges a 2% platform fee on all plans, or 1% on Enterprise, plus standard Stripe processing fees on top. Registered nonprofits do not pay Kannect platform fees on donations.

Who owns our data?

You do. Your organization fully owns your members, content, and data. We never sell or repurpose community data.

Is there a long-term contract?

White-label plans are billed monthly or annually with no long-term commitment unless your engagement requires Enterprise customization.

Do we get our own mobile app?

Yes — on Growth, Scale, and Enterprise tiers. Fully branded iOS and Android apps with your organization's name, icon, and design, published to the App Store and Google Play.

Can we integrate with our existing tools?

Yes. Scale and Enterprise tiers support integrations with CRMs, payment platforms, authentication systems, and other tools your organization may already use.
