Start from an announcement template

Reuse a saved announcement rather than rewriting the same notice each time.

The form has an Announcement templates picker sitting above the title, so a recurring notice does not have to be retyped.

Steps

  1. Open Communication → Announcements.
  2. Open Announcement templates and choose one.
  3. The form fills in. Change whatever needs changing before you publish.
