Set delivery and priority

Delivery is a set of channels you can combine. Priority is a separate Low, Medium or High.

These are two different fields that sit side by side, and they do different jobs.

Delivery

Delivery is where it lands, and you can tick more than one. In-app notification is on by default.

  • In-app notification: appears in the app's announcements area.
  • Send push notification: notifies app members on their device.
  • Emergency announcement: a notification that reaches members even if they have turned theirs off.
  • Email notification: reaches members who are not on the app.

Priority

Priority is how it is labelled: Low, Medium or High. It shows as a coloured badge on the announcement details.

Steps

  1. Open the Delivery dropdown and tick every channel you want.
  2. Set Priority to Low, Medium or High.
