The campaign list
Your campaigns as cards, with four counters across the top and a filter for active, draft and past.
Applies toDashboardWebsiteMobile appDiscover
Fundraising → Campaigns opens the Campaign List, where you "Run fundraising campaigns, set goals, and monitor progress over time."
The four counters
Across the top:
- Total Campaigns, everything you have ever made.
- Active Campaigns, shown as a fraction, for example 2/9999. The second number is how many your plan allows.
- Draft Campaigns, started and not published.
- Past Campaigns, finished or made inactive.
The filter
The button next to New Campaign switches the view between Active Campaign, Past Campaigns, Draft Campaigns and All Campaigns. It starts on Active, which is why a draft you saved earlier is not on screen when you come back looking for it.
What is on a campaign card
- The campaign image.
- Campaign name.
- Duration, the start and end dates.
- Donation received/Goal, for example $16,275/$25,000, with the percentage.
- A ⋮ menu with Duplicate and Make Inactive.
- Edit Campaign.
Steps
- Open Fundraising → Campaigns.
- Use the filter to find the campaign you want, remembering that drafts are hidden by default.
- Choose Edit Campaign to change one, or New Campaign to start. See create a campaign.
