Community analytics

Four numbers: views and clicks on your profile, and views and clicks on everything you publish.

The Community Analytics panel on your dashboard is headed "Clicks over time, see views & clicks broken down below", with a period picker set to Daily, Weekly or Monthly.

Underneath it, two groups of two numbers. Kannect explains each one:

Profile

  • Views: "Views of your community's profile (home) page, across your website and the Kannect mobile app, for the selected period."
  • Clicks: "Clicks on your community's profile (home) page, across your website and the Kannect mobile app, for the selected period."

This is people arriving and looking at you.

Engagement

  • Views: "Views of your published activities, events, resources, campaigns, memberships, and programs, across your website and the Kannect mobile app, for the selected period."
  • Clicks: "Clicks on your published activities, events, resources, campaigns, memberships, and programs, across your website and the Kannect mobile app, for the selected period."

This is people doing something once they are there.

Both counts combine your website and the app, so you are seeing your whole reach rather than one surface.

Steps

  1. Open Dashboard.
  2. Set the period to Daily, Weekly or Monthly.
  3. Read Profile against Engagement.
