Feature or hide a listing

Featuring a listing

1. Open Engagement → Directory.
2. Choose the star at the left of a row to feature that listing.
3. Featured listings gather under the Featured Members tab.

To make featuring actually change your public directory, turn it on:

1. Choose the settings icon next to Add Member.
2. Go to the Settings tab.
3. Turn on Show featured members at top.

Kannect describes this as highlighting selected members at the top of your directory, and says more ways to highlight and promote members are coming.

Hiding a listing

Use Hide Member from a row's actions menu. The listing comes off your public directory and keeps everything it had.

This is the same setting as Show this listing in the public directory on the listing form, so you can hide from the row or from inside the listing, whichever you happen to have open.
