The four icons at the bottom of the nav

Support, bug reports, the blog and the videos, tucked under the left navigation.

Below your left navigation, right at the bottom of the sidebar, sit four small icons. They are easy to miss and they are the fastest route to help that is not inside the Helpdesk page.

Left to right:

  • A headset. Support.
  • A bug. Report something broken.
  • An open book. The Kannect blog.
  • A play button. Kannect's videos.

There is also a round blue ? button floating above the bottom left corner of the page, which is the in-product help.
