Write the benefits and FAQs
The bullet list on the card, and the question and answer pairs under it.
Two sections of the plan form do the persuading: Benefits, the bullets a member skims, and FAQs, the answers that stop them emailing you.
Benefits
Kannect's hint is "Highlight what members receive with this plan". Each benefit is a single line of up to 200 characters.
Steps
- Type the first benefit in the line provided.
- Choose Add Benefit for another.
- Choose Delete next to any line you do not want.
- Choose Save Membership at the bottom when you are done with the whole plan.
The list appears on the plan card as Included Benefits, with a Show More link when there are more than fit, so the order matters. Put the benefit that makes someone join first.
Write one benefit per line rather than cramming three into one. A card of five short lines reads; a card of two long paragraphs does not.
FAQs
Under FAQs you get a New FAQ block with two fields:
- Question, up to 100 characters. The placeholder suggests the shape: "e.g., What is included in this plan?"
- Answer, up to 500 characters.
Steps
- Type the question and the answer.
- Choose Save FAQ. The pair is added to the list and the fields clear so you can add another.
- Repeat for as many as you need.
- On an existing plan, choose an FAQ to edit it, and Cancel to back out without changing it.
Save FAQ is there so you can add more than one. It does not save the plan. The plan saves when you choose Save Membership at the bottom.
