Your membership plans
What the Memberships page shows you, and what one plan is made of.

Engagement → Memberships is where you create and manage your membership types and plans. Each plan you create becomes something people can join, from your community website or from the mobile app.
What is on the page
One card per plan, and nothing else. There is no table view and no tabs. Each card shows you, at a glance, the things a member would care about:
- The plan name, with a Recommended ribbon if you have marked it as your headline plan.
- Paid plan or free, depending on the price you set.
- Duration, shown in plain words, so a Monthly plan reads as 1 Month.
- Fees, the price a member pays for that duration.
- Status, Active or Unavailable.
- Type, the category you filed the plan under, for example Business or Vendor.
- Included Benefits, the bullet list you wrote, with a Show More link when there are more than fit.
- Description, your longer write up.
That card is close to what a member sees, so reading the page is a quick way to sanity check your own pricing before anyone else does.
Steps
- Open Engagement → Memberships.
- Choose Add Membership to create a plan, or Edit Membership on a card to change one.
- Work down the form, which is one long page in seven sections.
- Choose Save Membership at the bottom.
The seven sections of a plan
The create and edit screens are identical, and one Save Membership saves all of it. The sections are:
- Membership Type, the category. See choose the membership type.
- Plan Details, name, price, duration, image and descriptions. See fill in a plan's details.
- Benefits, the bullet list on the card.
- FAQs, question and answer pairs. Both are covered in benefits and FAQs.
- Application Form Fields, what you ask people when they join. See build the application form.
- Post-Join Experience, the welcome message.
- Plan Settings and Approval Settings, status, recommended, and whether you vet people. The last three are covered in approval and the welcome flow.
