The resources page

Four counters, a draft and active filter, and a card per piece of content.

Applies toDashboard

Engagement → Resources is where you "Share blogs, articles, resources, and helpful content with your community."

A resource is any piece of written content: a blog post, a guide, a newsletter piece, a policy, a how-to. It publishes to your app and your website.

The four counters

  • Total Resources
  • Active Resources
  • Draft Resources
  • Time Spent Reading, how long people have actually spent with your content.

That last one is the interesting number. It is the difference between publishing and being read.

The list

A filter above the cards switches between Active Resources, Draft Resources and All Resources. It starts on Active, which is why a draft you saved earlier does not appear until you change it.

Each card shows the resource's image and title, a View Details button, and a ⋮ menu with Edit, Delete and Duplicate.

New Resource starts a new one.

Steps

  1. Open Engagement → Resources.
  2. Switch the filter to Drafts to find something unfinished.
  3. Choose New Resource to write one. See publish a resource.
  4. Use ⋮ → Duplicate to start from something you have already written.
